What jewellery repairs do you offer?
We offer ring resizing, chain and bracelet repair, clasp replacement, stone setting and replacement, Kundan and Diamond Polki restoration, polishing, soldering, remodeling and complete restoration.
How long does a jewellery repair take?
Simple cleaning may take 1-3 business days, while resizing, stone work, Kundan repair or complex restoration may take longer. An estimated time is shared after assessment.
Is repair work covered by a warranty?
Unless stated otherwise in writing, repair workmanship is covered for 90 days from collection or delivery and is subject to inspection.
Can you create a custom Kundan or Diamond Polki design?
Yes. Design, materials, stones, pricing and estimated completion time are confirmed before production begins.
Can I change the design after production starts?
Changes may not be possible once production begins. Additional changes may incur charges, and deposits are generally non-refundable after production starts.
Can custom jewellery be returned?
Custom-made and personalised jewellery is generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or required by law.
What is the custom jewellery warranty?
Custom jewellery includes a 12-month workmanship warranty for manufacturing defects under normal wear, subject to inspection and exclusions stated in our policy.
