Before Production Begins
- Design details must be approved by the customer.
- Material and purity selections must be confirmed.
- Gemstone selections, where applicable, must be approved.
- Pricing and estimated completion time will be confirmed.
- Any supplied jewellery or stones will be assessed before use.
Once Production Has Started
- Design changes may not be possible.
- Additional changes may incur extra charges.
- Deposits are generally non-refundable once production begins.
- Minor variations may occur because every piece is handcrafted.

Estimated Time
Custom jewellery typically takes 2-8 weeks depending on complexity, material availability, approvals, and seasonal demand. Your confirmed estimate will be shared before production.
12-Month Workmanship Warranty
Custom jewellery includes a 12-month workmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal wear. Accidental damage, stone loss caused by impact, everyday wear, improper care, or alterations by another jeweller are not covered. Natural characteristics or inclusions in gemstones are not manufacturing defects.
